Zoho Ecosystem Migration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead the full-scale migration of our business operations into the Zoho ecosystem, ensuring seamless data transfer and integration with third-party platforms.

  • Strategize and execute the migration of legacy systems into Zoho applications (Inventory, CRM, Books, and Invoices).
  • Set up user roles, permissions, and workflows in Zoho One.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business performance tracking.

Responsibilities also include training internal stakeholders on Zoho functionalities and best practices, as well as providing continuous system administration and upgrades.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience across Zoho CRM, Inventory, Books, Desk, and Creator.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle Zoho migration projects and post-launch system management.
  • Proficient in Deluge scripting, client-side scripting, and building custom workflows.
  • Experience in integrating APIs and tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Skilled in automation platforms like Zapier, Make, or Pabbly.
