Customer Support Professional

Motion, a pioneer in customer support innovation, is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and escalate critical issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical support environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and language to diverse audiences

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical issues

  • Proven ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment
