We're seeking an accomplished Software Engineer to join our Data-focused AI team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in software development, proficiency in Python scripting, Docker, and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts, as well as excellent communication skills.

The responsibilities of this role involve discovering new sources of audio data, operating and extending cloud infrastructure for the ingestion pipeline, collaborating with scientists to deliver richer data at larger scales and lower costs, and crafting the AI Team's dataset roadmap.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of industry experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in bash/Python scripting in Linux environments.
  • Proficiency in Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and professional experience with at least one major Cloud Provider (we utilize Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with web crawlers and large-scale data processing workflows is a plus.
