Job Description

Mercator by Citco is a pioneer in Global Entity Portfolio Management services, providing end-to-end support in over 170 jurisdictions worldwide. Our centralized client service infrastructure enables us to cater to multinational corporations with numerous legal entities.

The majority of our clients are Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 companies, as well as industry leaders based globally. They cover major business sectors and have anywhere upwards from 50 legal entities.

  • Responsible for supervising designated portfolios of clients, ensuring timely processing and completion of client queries and requests.
  • Pick-up, assign or process corporate documents drafted and other requests processed by junior team members regarding clients' requests from the designated portfolio.
  • Conduct KYC for new and existing clients pursuant to Citco policies.
  • Assist in coaching and developing team members for their individual advancement and for the benefit of the team, fostering strong team spirit and a healthy working atmosphere.
  • Maintain and develop multiple business relations with clients, Citco offices and other third parties.
  • Continuously review and make recommendations for improvements to existing processes and procedures.
  • Follow changes in law in certain jurisdictions impacting service delivery and ensure international and/or industry-specific legal requirements are met.
  • Assist the Account Manager in planning and organizing the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services in accordance with agreed deadlines.

  • Have 4-5 years of experience in provision of corporate services to international clients.
