This position involves end-to-end management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

  • Reconciliation of accounts is performed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Schedule assistance is provided for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
  • Monitoring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Strategies are implemented to improve collection rates and optimize cash flow.
  • Vendors, customers, and internal teams collaborate to resolve payment issues.
  • Reports, aging summaries, and key metrics related to AR/AP are generated and analyzed.
  • Audit support is offered with proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Process improvements are recommended and implemented to streamline AP/AR workflows.
About the Ideal Candidate

Ideal Experience:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software is expected.
  • Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reports) are needed.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working with large transaction volumes and tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with audit preparation, regulatory compliance (GAAP/IFRS), and cash flow forecasting is beneficial.
