ERP Order Coordinator Job Description

The ERP order coordinator will play a vital role in supporting order entry, tracking, and ERP-driven operations for a manufacturing company.

This is an independent contractor position that requires strong ERP system knowledge and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to maintain visibility across orders and suggest improvements in workflow where needed.

  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's ERP system (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based team during EST working hours.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or packaging environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting.
