Industry trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research and development; communicate findings and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Serve as a subject matter expert in AI, providing guidance, consultation, and collaboration across the bank.

Promoting industry adoption: Connect and collaborate with academic partners.

Drive initiatives to promote the adoption of NLP, Generative AI, and Voice AI across the bank, providing guidance, training, and support to various departments.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience developing AI projects in an industry setting.
  2. Minimum 1+ years of experience creating POCs with both front and back-end components.
  3. Proficiency in Python to do data science tasks. Preferably experienced in using Jupyter notebooks.
  4. Familiarity with at least one data science development platform, such as Databricks, Cloudera, or any similar platform.
  5. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  6. Ability to manage and provision cloud services on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for cloud compute and data products.
  7. Proficiency in SQL for working with relational databases.
  8. Experience with interacting with NoSQL databases.
  9. Data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
  10. Basic familiarity with analytics tools used for dashboarding such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  11. Proficiency in version control systems for collaboration like Git.
  12. Familiar with LLM orchestration whether custom or by using well-known frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  13. Ability to create proof of concepts and minimum viable products or applications, including setting up necessary infrastructures and application design.
