Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage the daily operations of our Accounts Payable team. This role involves overseeing the processing of invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Invoices: Process incoming invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  • Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating rates and resolving disputes as needed.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team, providing coaching and training to improve performance.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Accounting or related field is required.
  • Finance Experience: 7.5 years of experience in finance, with at least 5.5 years specializing in Accounts Payable.
  • Leadership Experience: 3 years of experience leading teams and managing staff.
  • ERP Knowledge: Practical knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems, including Oracle, SAP, and JDE.
Preferred Qualifications

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA license is preferred.
