Senior Accountant

We are actively seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in building something from scratch, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is not afraid to dive deep into details.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire month-end close process for multiple companies.
  • Record bank transactions and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Prepare general ledger entries and maintain records and files.
  • Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliations.
  • Contribute to the development of new accounting systems, programs, controls, and procedures.
  • Research and document technical accounting issues in accounting memorandums.
  • Assist with intercompany consolidations of financial information between parent and subsidiaries.
  • Participate in annual audit preparations and collaborate with auditors.
  • Manage corporate credit card programs.
  • Be prepared to assist with any accounting function if needed.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and complete special projects as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
  • Master's degree in related field and/or CPA preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting required.
  • Experience working with US companies desired.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration at all levels.
  • QuickBooks Online and Xero experience beneficial.
