Project Manager Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in leading and directing others. You will be responsible for overseeing intricate projects at customer experience centers, serving as the primary point of contact for clients while managing global-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employ situational awareness and intervene when team members need assistance with escalations.
  • Handle complex projects, influence sensitive matters, and manage diverse audiences within varied business environments.
Collaboration and Leadership
  • Perform coaching, development, and recognition of direct reports, ensuring effective resource allocation, workload management, and productivity.
  • Support departmental and corporate strategy deployment, contributing to the achievement of business goals and objectives.
Senior Management Capacity
  • Responsible for oversight of successful Learning & Development project implementation, internal initiatives, and risk identification/mitigation.
  • Escalate and manage changes, communicate program requirements and status to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience leading large-scale global projects, managing diverse functional project teams, and facilitating meetings.
  • Leadership experience in call center and/or business process outsourcing industries, with familiarity with call center financials.
  • Client-facing senior and executive level management communications, formal presentation delivery, and project management software proficiency.
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professionals (PMP).
