Remote Bookkeeping Role

This role focuses on managing financial operations, including expenses, accounting software, invoicing, and reconciliations. As a key expert in bookkeeping, you will collaborate closely with clients to provide timely updates and insightful financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record daily expenses and manage sales entries.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), with a focus on AP workloads.
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices.
  • Utilize accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Ramp, MS 365, and POS systems.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver detailed financial insights and updates.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably focused on AP tasks.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is highly desirable but not strictly necessary.
  • Familiarity with Ramp, MS 365 tools, and POS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial record-keeping practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
