We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering customer requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing best user experience in English
  • Being customers voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
  • Collaborating with different teams and having direct impact to improve Product
  • Representing Vivid Money and building trustful relationship with customers
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, with preference for experience in banking or financial services industry and dealing with SMEs
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good observational skills for process and product improvement
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and thriving under pressure in dynamic environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes.
  • Capable of working within CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding 1 hour lunch break.
