Industrial Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technician to join our team. As an industrial service technician, you will be responsible for efficiently removing deposits from power plant condensers and heat exchangers to restore, improve, and maintain their optimal operating performance.

This is a 100% traveling job throughout the US, overnight. You will need to have the ability to mobilize at short notice to travel and perform work in various facilities across the country. Travel expenses will be provided.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clean condenser and heat exchange tubes using a water pump system with assorted tube cleaners.
  • Monitor pressure gauge readings to identify drops or rises in pressure from the water pump system.
  • Lift, transport, assemble, disassemble, carry, or move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs when loading/unloading vehicles and setting up to and from job sites.
  • Inventory trailers to ensure they are ready for the next job after each task.
  • Perform regular maintenance on all service equipment.
  • Set up support equipment as needed, such as generators and compressors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • The ability to obtain a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) TWIC card.
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
