As a member of our Finance Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work with a global network of financial professionals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive innovation and growth.

You will play a crucial role in championing and influencing strategy and solutions, demonstrating strong business acumen and driving process improvements. Your ability to generate ideas and foster a continuous improvement mindset will be essential in identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the timely closing and execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements.
  • Accountable for completeness, accuracy, and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope.
  • Deep expertise, fully knowledgeable of the worldwide procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas.
  • Regular focus on Balance Sheet reconciliations to minimize open items.
  • Understand, adhere, and execute per worldwide policies and procedures. Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new joiners.
  • Liaise with senior finance leadership across Tax, Treasury, Business Unit Finance, Internal Audit, and other Kenvue finance teams.
  • Champion & influence strategy & solutions demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Generate ideas, foster, and implement a continuous improvement mindset, identifying and pursuing process efficiency opportunities.
  • Influence and execute process improvements, generating ideas and implementing in line with global standards.
  • Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rules, and latest technologies.
