IT Solutions Deployment Expert

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our technical team as an IT Solutions Deployment Expert.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new clients and services. This involves providing exceptional white-glove service while conducting thorough assessments to ensure long-lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of our client onboarding program by:
    • Documenting network, hardware, credentials, applications, and SaaS platforms (Azure, 365, etc.)
    • Assessing client environments to identify old hardware, security risks, and areas for improvement
    • Deploying tools for monitoring, security services, and self-service
  • Exceptional communication with all parties, including clients, project managers, sales teams, and client services

Desired Skillset/Experience:

  • 3+ years of IT experience, preferably with start-to-finish deployment of IT solutions
  • Experience with current Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, and VLANs
  • Proficiency in VMware and Apple products is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, Apple, SonicWall, Cisco, and other related technologies
