Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Online Presence Enhancement Specialist to join our team.

This role involves monitoring and managing online reviews, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining a professional brand voice while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews on multiple platforms, including Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
  • Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
  • Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management, with exceptional English writing and communication skills.
