Job Overview
The role of Strategic Support Associate plays a pivotal part in our organization, focusing on providing overall assistance to the Account Management and Service Management Department. This includes supporting sales and implementation activities that drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to the Account Management and Service Management Department in relation to sales and implementation activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Collect, collate, and analyze relevant data and information to aid the division in achieving focused and effective marketing efforts.
- Develop reports used primarily by the Account Management and Service Management Department for pipeline management, won deals, and account status tracking.
- Prepare reports that monitor various activities required by the department, division, and other bank units, fostering transparency and informed decision-making.
- Assist the Strategic Support Officer or Head in designing learning and development programs for Account Managers, Service Managers, and other trainees, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Support the Strategic Support Officer or Head in creating and maintaining an onboarding and offboarding program, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departures.
- Offer assistance to the Strategic Support Officer or Head in reviewing billing and collection of fees and penalties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with various units as necessary to track the progress of deals and accounts, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Respond to transaction banking queries and concerns from internal and external clients, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Guide clients through the accomplishment of documentary requirements, onboarding, and implementation processes, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
- Conduct basic implementation training for corporate clients' assigned users as needed, empowering them to utilize our services effectively.
- Resolve problems and issues related to corporate cash management and trade with concerned units, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder from a recognized institution.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
