We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant professional to join our team as a Security Monitor. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our premises.

Job Description

This position involves monitoring surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents. You will also be responsible for observing customer behavior during check-in and check-out processes to deter theft and fraud.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor Surveillance Cameras: Continuously monitor multiple surveillance cameras to identify and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activity, or incidents
  • Customer Check-in and Check-out: Observe customer behavior during the check-in and check-out process to deter theft and fraud
  • Incident Reporting: Document and report any incidents, suspicious activity, or security breaches to relevant personnel
  • Alert Response: Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations as needed
  • Maintain Security Logs: Keep accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations
  • Collaborate with Security Team: Work closely with the security team to maintain a secure environment and coordinate security efforts
