Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Brand Strategist to drive online lead generation through innovative marketing channels. This is a hands-on role that requires identifying, testing, and optimizing new campaigns to expand our reach into untapped markets.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Launch and manage lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI assisted voice channels.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels, analyze data to refine strategies.
  • Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans.
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Work cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
