**Job Overview**
As a Frontline Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and professional assistance with their inquiries and concerns.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Answer customer calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and resolving issues effectively.
• Communicate with customers through various channels, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, taking proactive steps to prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed to provide seamless support and resolve complex issues.
• Provide constructive feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
• Monitor delivery status and update client information and transaction activity in our system.
• Process transactions, including orders, forms, and applications, with precision and attention to detail.
• Identify issues that require escalation to supervisors or team leaders.
• Complete call logs and reports accurately and efficiently.
• Verify customer information and instructions to ensure accurate processing.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can work well under pressure.
• Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, such as SalesForce or Zendesk, is an asset.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-analysis and resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Customer Service or a similar field is preferred.
