We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to join our team in a home-based role. This position is responsible for analyzing digital product usage, defining key metrics, and supporting A/B testing.">Job Summary

This role involves working with data analytics tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Segment to uncover patterns, friction points, and opportunities. You will directly influence roadmap prioritization, feature adoption, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze user behavior across the product to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on new feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments.
Data Modeling & Instrumentation
  • Partner with engineers and product managers to define and validate tracking requirements.
  • Ensure accurate data collection through tools like Segment, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA.
  • Monitor data quality and work with teams to resolve inconsistencies.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings clearly.
  • Create dashboards and self-serve tools to enable data access across teams.
  • Work closely with product teams to embed insights into roadmap and feature decisions.
QualificationsRequired:
  • 2+ years of experience in a product analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Javascript, and experience with analytics tools.
  • Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
  • Strong communication skills – able to clearly explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B product environments.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
  • Exposure to event-based tracking tools (e.g., Segment, Snowplow, RudderStack).
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Please note this is a home-based role working US hours.
