Job Title: Product Insights Analyst

This role requires a skilled professional to work closely with the core business team, focusing on Agent Referrals. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and measuring key performance indicators to demonstrate product efficacy and customer success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain metrics to assess product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in existing products.
  • Collaborate with the Product Team to design and implement strategies for future growth opportunities.
  • Create comprehensive business cases, operating models, and financial projections in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders to ensure operational alignment across product and business lines.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or product operations.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in an analytical field such as natural sciences, engineering, computer science, economics, or finance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new data analytics tools.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
