Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while working with cutting-edge Smart Grid solutions.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong client service, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer support tickets in a timely manner and providing excellent service to our clients.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
  • Collaborate with utility clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
  • Familiarity with Linux OS and network administration.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
Prior Experience
  • Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.
  • Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.
  • ITIL/ITSM background.
