Key Responsibilities

The Technical Services Associate role at Marigold Manufacturing Corporation involves several key responsibilities:

  1. Procedure Development and Update: You will create and update operational procedures and reference standards, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  2. Program Implementation Support: You will provide support in the implementation of programs, including training sessions, awareness seminars, and hand shake activities. Proper documentation of performed activities is essential.
  3. Data Collection and Analysis: Trained in spreadsheet applications and basic functions, you will collect and analyze data for various programs, including experimental trials and projects. Statistical analysis and report generation will also be part of your duties.
  4. Task Completion and Collaboration: You will collaborate with the Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation, and Quality teams on experimental trials and operational standardization. Assigned tasks and submission of required outputs, including data and records, are expected.
  5. Program Evaluation and Recommendations: Familiar with the planned verification procedure, method of evaluation, and target, you will evaluate the effectiveness of programs. Report generation and recommendations based on findings for continuous improvement will also be part of your duties.
  6. Document Management and Control: With awareness of the established procedure, you will manage documents and records for all paperwork related to Research & Development, Food Safety Management, Plant Sanitation, and Quality programs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other related science courses. Additionally, you should have strong verbal and written communication skills, integrity, professional ethics, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
