Job Title: Multichannel Product Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Multichannel Product Optimization Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing product listings on various online marketplaces, ensuring their accuracy and visibility.

This role involves tracking and optimizing product listings to maximize sales and minimize errors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to acquire approved creative content, including listing photos, videos, and storefronts. Your expertise in catalog management and listing troubleshooting will enable you to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities:
  • Catalog Management: Oversee the management of product catalogs on multiple online marketplaces, ensuring accuracy and compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Listing Troubleshooting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing, handle listing issues, and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines.
  • Project Management: Utilize project management tools to prioritize tasks and update progress, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Account Audit: Perform regular audits to ensure listings are active and accurate, monitor account health, and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or other online marketplaces.
