- Leverage CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and manage borrower records.
- Analyze, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data.
- Extract and interpret data from loan systems, reports, and web analytics for internal use.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- At least 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market.
- Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards.
- Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills.
