Job Title

A finance administrator is required to manage vendor bill processing across multiple entities. This role involves receiving, reviewing and accurately entering bills into accounting software in various currencies.

The successful candidate will support the finance team by ensuring timely and precise data entry, thereby maintaining accurate financial records and accounts payable operations.

  • Enter vendor bills into accounting software for multiple entities.
  • Verify bill details including amounts, vendor information and account coding.
  • Maintain up-to-date data entry for accurate financial reporting and accounts payable processing.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry, accounts payable or finance administration.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, knowledge of Commonsku is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
