Job Description

As a Campaign Deployment Specialist, you will support the CRM Campaign Management Team, based at our headquarters in Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands, ensuring their successful execution with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles, excellent stakeholder management abilities, and experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploying CRM campaigns, which involve audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels (email, app, SMS, etc.), and setting up journeys.
  • Setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Reviewing and testing to ensure campaign setups function as expected (quality assurance).
  • Monitoring campaign send-outs and flagging any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Team.

Requirements:
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms, with familiarity in working with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC (email, app, SMS); other channels a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in quality assurance for CRM campaigns, with excellent attention to detail.
  • A basic understanding of SQL is a plus.
