Airfreight Cargo Specialist

A critical role exists for a Freight Operations Manager to oversee the entire air freight cycle, ensuring secure and compliant handling. This involves coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, external vendors, and international agents to facilitate door-to-door delivery.

• Coordinate logistics operations with key stakeholders to ensure timely shipment milestones are met.
• Manage documentation and verify compliance with regulations throughout the shipping process.
• Act as local representative in Manila, serving as liaison between clients, government agencies, and vendors as needed.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in air freight or logistics industry, preferably in valuable cargo management.
• Strong understanding of IATA air freight procedures and local customs regulations is essential.
• Experience working independently, managing remote teams, and possessing strong self-management skills is required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
