Marketing Strategist Role

This is a pivotal role in our organization, requiring a highly skilled marketing specialist to manage and maintain social media platforms, in-app communications, and execute monthly marketing initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Optimize and maintain the appearance of various social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
    • Plan and create engaging content for both B2C and B2B audiences.
    • Maintain daily stories, incorporating local and licensee content.
  • In-app Communications:
    • Manage all communication channels within the Singapore app, ensuring fresh and current content.
    • Browse and test marketing-related features regularly to ensure accurate functionality.
  • Monthly Marketing Initiatives:
    • Develop and distribute EDM newsletters for Singapore platform customers.
    • Plan, create, and project manage monthly promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media and marketing.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Passion for customer service and teamwork.
  • Friendly positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or higher.
  • Interest in football is an advantage.
  • Experience working overseas or with international companies is beneficial.
  • Hospitality experience or Franchise Development/Support background can be advantageous.
