  • Maintains comprehensive and up-to-date records of students enrolled in higher education programs.
  • Ensures the accuracy and integrity of student records, including personal data, academic achievements, course registrations, and other relevant information.
  • Safeguards the confidentiality and privacy of student records in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Facilitates the release or request of Form 137/transcripts of records between schools for new and transferred students.
  • Coordinates with relevant institutions to ensure timely and accurate transfer of academic documents.
  • Maintains records and statistical data required by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and other government offices.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements regarding enrollment, graduation, and other aspects of higher education programs.
  • Assists in the preparation and submission of graduation recommendations to CHED for the issuance of Special Orders.
  • Represents the Registrar's Office at meetings, committees, and school events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in registrar's office or related administrative role in an educational institutions, preferably within a Higher Education setting
