Financial Transactions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day financial transactions. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate reports, handle communication with clients, and maintain excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
The Financial Transactions Specialist will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and updating general ledger accounts and entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately
- Preparing monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments
- Assisting in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning
- Providing regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making
Our ideal candidate has:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
