Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

The primary function of this position is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions. This includes recording general ledger entries, managing the month-end closing process, and preparing balance sheet and P&L accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions, including accruals and month-end adjustments.
  • Closing Process: Lead and execute the month-end closing process to ensure timely compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
  • Accounting Expertise: Provide expert-level support in accounting operations, including balance sheet and P&L account preparation, variances investigation, and detailed schedules for management and audit support.

Accounting Expertise:

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial entries with budget expectations.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CPA certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting operations.
  • Strong proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
