Remote Real Estate Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional to manage our day-to-day operations, including property management, hiring, financial reporting, acquisitions, and business development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing short-term rental properties, ensuring guest satisfaction, marketing, and compliance with local laws. This includes overseeing long-term rental properties, tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will also lead recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Additionally, they will prepare financial statements and reports, perform financial analysis, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.

In terms of business development, the successful candidate will identify and acquire profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management. They will drive business growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
