Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Validator to evaluate the accuracy and integrity of AI-generated outputs from clinical documents. This role is key to improving the performance of our data extraction models by auditing their output, flagging issues, and providing structured, actionable feedback.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality evaluation, data QA, or annotation, ideally in healthcare or clinical data. They will be familiar with medical terminology and common healthcare document types (e.g., clinical notes, lab results, claims).

The Document Validator will work closely with our team to identify, categorize, and document errors in outputs with clear reproduction steps and examples. They will also provide structured feedback to improve prompting, extraction logic, and AI model behavior.

This is an entry-level full-time position requiring a strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets or QA tools. The successful candidate will possess excellent written communication skills for documenting findings and feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and audit AI-extracted data from clinical documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify, categorize, and document errors in outputs with clear reproduction steps and examples.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve prompting, extraction logic, and AI model behavior.
  • Maintain and update quality assurance rubrics, annotation guides, and acceptance criteria.
  • Track quality metrics (such as error types and rates) and identify trends or recurring issues.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data privacy and security standards, especially around PHI (Protected Health Information).
Requirements
  • Experience in quality evaluation, data QA, or annotation, ideally in healthcare or clinical data.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and common healthcare document types (e.g., clinical notes, lab results, claims).
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets or QA tools.

  • Reliable availability for a consistent 4-hour daily block during client working hours.
