About this Position:

We are seeking an experienced Data Quality Specialist to lead our AI data quality efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of data annotation workflows, quality metrics, and statistical analysis.

  • Data Quality Leadership: Develop and implement robust QA processes, SOPs, and statistical quality metrics to ensure the integrity of annotated data.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, setting clear goals, delivering feedback, and fostering a culture of precision and accountability.
  • Process Optimization: Drive process improvements by analyzing quality trends, root causes of errors, and improvement opportunities - communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Tool Innovation: Manage and evaluate automation tools to elevate efficiency and maintain data quality.
Key Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain high-quality data annotation processes. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and maintaining QA processes and SOPs to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  2. Analyzing quality metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  3. Communicating results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborating with other teams to drive process improvements.
