Job Title: Office Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and other communications in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Record information as needed and update paperwork accordingly.
  • Greet clients and visitors as needed and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform general office clerk duties and errands as required.
  • Organize travel arrangements and book accommodations as necessary.
  • Coordinate events and maintain supply inventory.
  • Maintain office equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
  • Aid with client reception and provide support as needed.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes to ensure efficient operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
