At Anytime Cleaners Corp., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Staff member to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and other communications in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
- Record information as needed and update paperwork accordingly.
- Greet clients and visitors as needed and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands as required.
- Organize travel arrangements and book accommodations as necessary.
- Coordinate events and maintain supply inventory.
- Maintain office equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Aid with client reception and provide support as needed.
- Utilize strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Proficient in MS Office and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
