Job Overview:

This is a key leadership position that requires strong technical and business acumen. As a Deputy IT Lead for Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers, driving innovation, and implementing effective processes and tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, efficiency, and quality, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to drive innovation and growth, and collaborate with the Head of IT to automate processes and accelerate requirement implementation.
  • Lead the development team, allocate team resources, monitor performance, and share successes with the Head of IT, to propel our IT vision forward.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering, along with minimum 5 years of professional experience in Object Oriented Programming (Java, C#.net, Javascript, Python, etc.) preferably in a software industry.

At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead (People Management) is required, as well as experience in remote work environments and significant technical and working experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
