Leadership Opportunity in Global S/4HANA Transformation

This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for directing the S/4HANA transformation programme and ensuring it delivers business value on a global scale.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the global S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan. This includes leading programme governance, steering committees, and stakeholder management at executive level. The individual will also oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities include managing programme budget, resourcing, risks, and change control. The candidate will drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences. They must ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.

About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle).
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage.
