Job Description:

The role of the SEA Reward Analyst is to ensure the effective delivery of reward projects and annual reward processes for the APAC team.

This involves analyzing data and providing clearly articulated insights that drive better decisions on rewarding people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support regulatory filing and other annual reporting, including compensation information.
  • Plan and execute the annual compensation cycle for South East Asia (SEA Cluster), including communication, validation, and distribution of data.
  • Take a leading role in the bonus and salary review processes, acting as the main point of contact for the HR community and first line managers.
  • Manage ad-hoc increase recommendations, gathering data and partnering with HR to ensure changes are properly completed in WorkDay and letters are issued.
  • Review individual reward packages to facilitate decision-making.
  • Prepare and collate data and opinions to facilitate others to make a decision on exceptions on reward package and timing.
  • Resolve benefits queries from employees and benefit vendors.
  • Complete and submit all salary surveys, including participation in third-party and ad-hoc surveys; ensure submission is on time and accurate.
  • Undertake external and internal salary benchmarking using various sources, with an eye to which sources are most relevant for Dentsu.
  • Administer/support the development of salary ranges.
  • Produce reports on people data and compensation as requested.
  • Assist the Reward Manager in preparing presentations on reward data and projects, pulling out relevant key insights for the audience.
