The Customer Operations Specialist will be responsible for coaching and mentoring agency supervisors and coordinators in key areas such as building strong relationships with store personnel, agency screening, training, and development. This includes determining and providing personal training and development programs for key agency personnel through field coaching and one-on-one meetings.
This role also involves strengthening store relationships through regular store visits and ensuring that systems set in place are followed and maximized to guarantee all merchandising concerns in-store are immediately resolved.
The specialist will also conduct audits and performance checks of scheduled activities, submit end project reports, and implement national in-store merchandising on an area level based on standard merchandising guidelines and workflow set by the VMG or Visual Merchandising Group.
Additionally, this role requires developing pilot and stretch programs to experiment on new processes that will improve availability, visibility, merchandising, and promo execution. Administrative tasks include maintaining good record keeping systems, completing routine tasks, and ensuring that partner agencies submit required reports on time.
Key skills and qualifications for this role include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, basic marketing knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
