    • Stay updated on industry trends and practices
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support divisional or departmental goals
    • Ensure data accuracy in tracking the hiring process
Qualifications:
  • Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in employment and recruitment operations
  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment of various positions in the Philippines for the call center/BPO industry
  • Familiarity with human resource areas, specifically recruitment and sourcing/marketing
  • Familiarity with fast-moving, dynamic working environments/industries
