This is a full-time, permanent position based in Metro Manila. As an IT Operational Excellence Analyst - Senior, you will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the company's IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze current IT operations to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
  • Design and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and standardize IT processes and procedures.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of IT operations.
  • Lead initiatives to automate manual tasks and streamline IT workflows.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to IT personnel to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Recommend and oversee the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve IT capabilities.
  • Identify and mitigate IT-related risks and vulnerabilities.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • 6+ years of experience in a business/systems analyst or IT operations role, preferably in the Information & Communication Technology industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex operational challenges.
  • Proficient in business process mapping, workflow optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with IT, business, and executive teams.
  • Experience in implementing process automation and service improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL, and project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and other emerging IT technologies.
