
Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Service position requires the ability to interact with customers through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, as well as digital communication. The primary objective of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and resolution to routine issues related to client products or services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver customer service that meets contractual performance standards.
- Clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools, and provide resolution to the customer's query.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while building rapport.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Prepare accurate work records and notate accounts as required.
- Participate in initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Offer additional products or services where applicable.
- Track and document information in call tracking systems.
- A high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer navigation and PC skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Dependability and attention to detail.
- Skilled in multitasking and adaptable to change.
- Tolerance for repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrate patience in all customer interactions.
- Willingness to rotate shifts as needed.
