Key Responsibilities
  • Define, execute, and report all testing related functions, including review of product requirements and specifications, feature reviews, and QA task planning and scheduling.
  • Hands-on execution of QA tasks, QA automation scripting and execution, and feedback on product performance.
  • Investigate client issues and ensure our products and services meet established quality standards (reliability, usability, and performance).
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing or related field.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methods and the software development lifecycle.
  • Effective planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with bug tracking software such as Jira, HP ALM/Octane or equivalent.
  • Ability to execute test plans and scripts, document expected vs. actual results, and record defects.
  • Ability to develop, design and maintain automation test scripts.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including mid shift / night shift.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in software or financial industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress or Axios; JavaScript scripting; version control (Git) and Azure DevOps or cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Knowledge of BDD/Gherkin, Agile methodologies, and mobile testing (iOS and Android).
  • Bachelor's degree required.
