Develop Automated Software Test Scripts and Collaborate with TeamsAt our organization, we are passionate about empowering businesses to achieve their full potential through innovative software solutions. We specialize in meeting the needs of highly regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated software test scripts used for regression and functional testing cycles. You will collaborate with our software development and validation teams on software requirements and work closely with our ACE software tool.Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and reporting bugs and quality issues in development or validation processes.
  • Working with our ACE software tool and other areas of the organization as assigned.
  • Being enthusiastic to learn and willing to listen.
  • Enjoying working with computers, software, and automation tools.
  • Understanding and designing logic such as test script steps.
  • Speaking towards a conceptual idea with clarity. Interested in the software development process and willing to learn basic software technical skills.
  • Learning and applying interdepartmental professional skills.
  • Being able to follow a low-pressure timeline. Communicating discrepancy of timeline to manager.
  • Participating in and conducting software validation.
  • Collaborating and contributing with our software product management and development teams on software requirements.
  • Learning and performing all the basic skills listed in this job description and what their practical application.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to develop advanced skills in areas such as:
  • Creating and designing new keywords and complicated pathways using automation tools.
  • Debugging and finding code issues.
  • Training others on basic skills. Understanding and knowing obscure features of ACE.
  • Identifying and communicating requirement specifications for epic features.
  • Completing tasks with minimum oversight.
  • Performing branch merging and resolving conflicts in automation code.
RequirementsWe are looking for candidates with a strong foundation in STEM fields and experience programming a plus. Experience with scripting languages, HTML 5, CSS 3, or other front-end web technologies is also desirable.
