Remote Collection Specialist Opportunity

Attracting and retaining top talent is crucial for our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting clients, collecting outstanding payments, and maintaining trustful relationships with customers.

  • A minimum of 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts is required.
  • Proficiency in using dialers is essential.
  • Proven account management experience is a must.
  • Familiarity with collection laws and regulations is necessary.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good customer service orientation are possessed by the ideal candidate.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 9 months of BPO - Collections experience in International accounts.

  • Available USB Port, USB Headset (combo Mic and Headset with noise-canceling)
  • Internet access by Cable or Fiber (DSL, Satellite, etc. not permitted), min download Speed of 10mbps and Upload 10mbps
  • Hardwired into the PC/Laptop (wireless internet access not permitted)
