Global Cash Collection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage cash collection from customers. This role is responsible for efficient payment processing, proactive communication with customers, and maintaining positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume multi-currency ledgers, adhering to agreed-upon terms and ensuring timely payments.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, being aware of cultural and regional differences.
- Handle queries and investigations, collaborating with other departments for swift resolutions.
- Allocate cash, identifying payments and categorizing reasons for non-payment.
- Process final notices, working with internal stakeholders to resolve non-payments.
- Ensure compliance with document processes and approvals.
- Contribute to meeting business cash collection targets and needs.
This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and effective communication with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in cash collecting, preferably in a global AR team.
- Proven track record of successful collections, assertive, and advanced Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with accounting systems, ideally NetSuite.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.
