Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our internal accounting operations, overseeing daily financial activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and financial modeling, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing AP, AR, general ledger, and reconciliation processes.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Preparing and analyzing the three core financial statements: Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Establishing, monitoring, and continuously improving financial control systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a managerial or senior role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (CPA preferred; ACCA/CA a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS knowledge or willingness to learn is an advantage.
  • Practical experience with U.S. tax law (Singapore tax experience a plus).
