
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Research and retrieve information using internal systems
- Collaborate with other teams as needed
- Accurately document and process customer interactions
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team or manager when necessary
- Stay updated on products and processes through ongoing training
- Meet all attendance, reliability, and scheduling requirements
Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and troubleshooting skills
